It is full of cheap politics. Not up to date. people don't want any change. Work culture is drastically bad. Old tools n tackles.outdated systems and thought process. This company is Not good for new generation professional. U don't believe Even HR manager use abusive language in high pich at voice in open office. This is very common scene. Unichem is a good name in Pharmaceuticals world. Like every other Indian company, work pressure is there but which is a good thing according to me. One can learn and grow. Lots of learning opportunities.
