I appreciate how Uncia Technologies prioritizes equality throughout the organization. From top level management to every employee. There are no biases or partialities in people management, which create a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Dislikes

There is no point to dislike Uncia Technologies, but I would like to say as per my personal, I believe Uncia will be implementing occasional outings organizing fun activities, it could contribute positively to the overall employee experience and create more vibrant workplace culture.

Poor management, politics are high especially in product team, they treat us like a slave, I don't event like to mention this as a company.. guy please run away if you get offer, I swear to my heart, this company will be a nightmare.
