Role : Technical Lead

Location : Chennai (work from office)

Role Description :

The .NET Lead will manage and mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring high-quality software development, efficient problem-solving, and adherence to best practices. This role involves leading development efforts, designing solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business needs.

Responsibilities :

- Manage, mentor, and guide the development team, ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects.

- Design, implement, and maintain .NET applications (C#, ASP.NET, Web API, etc.)

- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Ensure best practices in coding, performance optimization, and maintainability.

- Track progress, manage risks, and report on development timelines.

- Promote the use of agile processes, CI/CD, and modern development practices.

Required Skills :

- Experience : 5+ years in . NET development, 2+ years in a leadership role.

Skills :

- Proficient in C#, ASP .NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

- Leadership : Strong experience leading teams, providing guidance, and ensuring code quality.

- Methodologies : Experience with Agile/Scrum, version control (Git), and CI/CD practices.
