Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Development :

- Provide strong technical leadership to the development team.

- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Lead by example in terms of code quality, best practices, and work ethic.

- Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications and systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define software requirements.

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality code that meets project goals and deadlines.

Project Management & Technical Expertise :

- Plan and manage project timelines, tasks, and resources effectively.

- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

- Track and report on project progress, identifying and addressing issues as they arise.

- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in .NET development.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance in the evaluation and adoption of new technologies.

Code Review :

- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainability.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience (5-7 years) in .NET software development.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Experience with agile development methodologies.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g, Git) and issue tracking tools.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in .NET framework and related technologies.

- Experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.

- Database design and development skills (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.

- Front-end development experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.

- Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.

Additional Skills (Preferred) :

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g, Azure, AWS).

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

- Certification in .NET development is a plus.
