I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Worked for this company for 6 years. Worst company I have ever worked. No respect for other opinion. Earlier GM and DM (wife of GM) had attitude of "My way or high way". They will goto any extent to hide their failure. New VP (2 years now) depending on earlier GM too much and so no change. Just old wine in new bottle.
