Compensation is standard as per norms and there is no growth at all. The work pressure is very high. The working hours normally range from 14-18 hours. They don't even provide any training.

they did not provide salaries on time. site level expenses also not provided. and if you exit from this organization through proper channel i.e. resign and serve notice period then forgot about your salaries and F&F settlement.
