Micromanager in my case as he is pretty jobless. Pathetic in a way to tell us what to do. For even small things he wants to discuss it at length without any breakthrough insights from his end. He is an ancient with zero exposure of diverse work cultures and how to manage team with experienced PMs. Frankly, he may be suitable for no more than a domestic call center managing 10, 12th passouts.

Over here from past 2-3 years transition is happening and most of the projects are focused on AdTech and MarTech where there is no scope of improvement with respect to technical or soft skills. Leadership also has colonial mentality and don't respect to theemployees based in India. For them the primary clients are their US or Europe counterparts within Merkle organisation. Due to accusations there are problems in background verification process if employee is changing the company. All the documents which are required for verification are named on different company name only the name in government papers like PPF and TDS there is name of Ugam Solutions. Don't join this company where MarTech and AdTech projects are there as employees are on bench for more than 5 months and looking for project.
