1. No consistency in volume due to high reduction in Manpower/monthly. 2. Cost driven system with poor knowledge of warehousing. 3. Top management are not clear on their vision and build unwanted pressure to deliver the targets.

It seems goods to me to reduce my salary but it has been 4 years in my office but till now there has been no increase in payment and no promotion. I have got a salary of Rs12000 but i have been getting it for the last 4 years. There is no support from the manager. If any new person joins, he has to be fired quickly. There is nothing useless about him.
