Other than job security nothing is good at UCO Bank. Top management is doing

Bank's work culture is very bad. Bank is using Field for business achievement No one at higher office is doing business. At Head Office there is no target or business generation they are labelling field staff business only. Large Branches are processing center and typing job while ground staff are crushed to get the business hence work culture is divided between field staff and admin office staff. There is no business target for Admin Office/RO staff and also at Head Office staffs. Higher Office and Large branch staffs are only enjoying in comparison to field staff....Read More
