By working at UCO one can get: Job security Reasonablly good work culture One should be in good books of the management for career progression after certain level, say from senior management viz., starting of executive grade i. e. Chief Manager. Policies by and large are staff friendly.

Dislikes

Like many other organizations here also Trust among Officers (when it comes to career progression) is lacking. By giving earfull of allegations, untruths and negatives to the next higher authority on a contemporary officer one can gain over and ultimately get elevation.
