1.People not having right experience or skills given high posts. 2. You cannot openly put your perspective, if you try to these incompetent people start targetting you. 3. Business/PO has no say in appraising people it is entirely depends on your manager. Even if you perform very well your manager can screw your appraisal. They makesure other team members provide negative feedback to you. 4. People close to manager don't have to come to office but others if take one sick leave manager asks questions. Even they point out at your planned leaves if there is release. 5. If your English is fluent you don't need any other skill. 6. Designations are not aligned with industry 7. Still in initial phase of agile adoption people are having waterfall mindset they don't understand agile. 8. Some projects are vendor driven 9. If people notice you have more skills and performing well they see that as a threat to their role and starts targetting you. They even take credit of your work. 10. 1. Leave policies are very good. 12 sick leaves and 23 Vacation leave but few managers ask many questions if you take sick leaves. 2. They have tie-up with pluralsight and courseera so you will have easy access but in most project you will not get enough time.

Credit Suisse was the best company to work for. After its acquisition by UBS, there has been issues with closure of existing profiles and searching for new roles. But UBS has so far not fired anyone from India , they have tried to mostly absorb for some or other roles.

I did not like the way they did not hire me but they didn't tell me until last week so my performance and motivation was pretty low and I was expected to be hired after 6 months. they said it was because of the merging with Credit Suisse but they hired other interns

Nothing is there to like. Good for professional boot lickers though.

Everything. From DOJ to DOL it's just an experience, a bad one. Unnecessary work pressure. Picking on junior resources. Fake agile. Managers and leads have mentality of taking all the credits for everything you do and if something goes wrong, you're solely responsible and will be thrown in front to take all the heat.

Cab facility at least in my case is limited, so have to reach at the nodal point, which is far. No gifts or sweets on festivals. Bring your own device model. Product requirements take longer time to reach from BA to Devs. So alot of spare time. Company is new to agile model, adapting is a challenge for them, scrum tasks get's pod resources overlapped.
