Startup company with clear idea and goals and the product they have is also very good. Saudi branch management is good

Dislikes

Bangalore branch management play politics with the juniors and think they own the company. HR decides each and everything by themselves without consulting with the upper management. HR behaviour is very bad he will target you for everything in the name of company policy. The pilot batch have all resigned just because of HR and team lead behaviour. WFO has been made mandatory by the HR even though the main management are in Saudi and they even dont care from where you work its just the pathetic HR. Everything will become worse here if the HR is still working...Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

The time tracker software can be very hectic since clocking less time is frowned but working over time doesn't pay extra.
