Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. TVM offers a great environment for freshers to begin their careers with flexible working hours and a manageable workload. For tutors, the pay is directly aligned with the work performed and is consistently paid on time. Senior management is both supportive and approachable.

Dislikes

As certain clients are US-based, it may take time to adjust to the night shift. Growth opportunities are limited.

I've had a positive experience working here due to the fixed working hours, which allow great work-life balance.
