I was a wonderful experience working with this Co. As this was closely held Company one wrong decision by the Owner they had to close down. So I had no option but to move on.

As I mentioned. All the Vital decision was being made by one single person.

Work Details

I was Responsible for the Entire Eastern Region & Nepal& Bangladesh. My Boss was a genious guy. Highly ambitious. But he used to reward the true worker.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
