Overall this company might be thinking about their employees but as per my experience with Getfriday. My shift timing was PST (9:30pm to 6:30am). I am sure not gonna work here ever. Not at any cost. Team lead amd manager has their own favorite set of people whom they support and help them to grow. They are very good at blaming theirlower employee. Very good at keeping job confirmation on hold with nonsense reason. Hiding behind each other and put others in problem. So much of partiality. You can't talk to girls on floor like friends your manager will have problem. Which they will take out on you in some other way. It was totally hell.
