The business purely runs based on US customers. And the teams are 70% based in US and 30% India based. So this lacks the collaboration between the teams due to the time zone difference. India Management teams is average, some manager lacks good leadership skills.

Technology wise, they are using latest tech-stacks in market and always looking for the ways for improvement, which is a plus for any employees intending for good work. Also, the Work-life balance is very good as compared to other companies of the same scale and size.

The only thing I like in TTEC is my previous team.

Dislikes

There are very little employee benefits. TTEC changes the contract terms (especially regarding notice period) abruptly with little to no choice for the employee to negotiate. Poor salary increments. Salary Adjustments not as per industry standards.
