Company culture is good, everyone supportive. Good exposure given to travel. Leadership is supportive, employee centric. Good C, C++ and PL/SQL developers.

Dislikes

1. Avoid joining PMO, no one reports to PM but all expectations from PM. 2. No skill advancement, no training programs, still using FTP to deliver code. No DevOps - CI/CD, Jenkins-Maven, forget Dockers, K8s. 3. Though in Fintech no solution in UPI, Merchant Solutions, Contactless.

No learning, still not using automation tools, Cloud usage is minimal, use of Gmail as email tool is a pain. Culture is amazing, ethics and values are upheld, encouraged.
