I'm working with TrueTech for the past 3 years. It is a place of comfort and freedom. Even during this pandemic situation, we started to WFH even before govt declared it. Also, they have requested us to continue WFH till June and later to that based on the situation we may extend WFH. Confused between 2 offers

Hi all, I am having two offers- one from Infy (Kolkata) another from Deloitte (Hyd). Kolkata being my preferred location, while Deloitte offering 15k more monthly. (I know Hyd's expense will cancel this out eventually). Kindly suggest on what to do. This is my first switch. Thanks in advance.
