There is nothing to like about this company as it's a trap for good professionals who get caught in the net of the immature founders of the company who have no idea what technology is. there is no job security as the founder thinks he's can just fire anybody at anytime. There is no work satisfaction at all.

Dislikes

No work like balance- Founders call you for a meeting whenever they want. Skill development is zero because your working with freshers be it technology or marketing.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
