As it is a growing organization, we get enough opportunity and support for work and learn cross module. With smaller employee base, we are connected to most of the people frequently. People are easily reachable for any information required

As the organization is growing there will be small challenges but can be ignored as of now

Sometimes work pressure is more as employee is involved in multiple projects/demos which effects work-life balance. Management has worked on it in past but still have scope to work on it.

Generally i got good quality worked in Trinamix. Learned and worked on Oracle cloud projects and was part of new products development in Trinamix.

The company is good and focuses on latest technology and practices, internal training programs in the company helps employees to learn new technologies and also provides exposure to the employee to master their skills on the live projects under supervision of seniors. I really like the positive and helpful nature of all employees and management towards each other. Its been a great learning experience here. You basically hon your skills while working on the project. however at the same time you need to understand that you have a life out of office too and spend leisure time with family.
