I have been working here from last 3 years, got lot of opportunities to learn, manager, team lead guides you in proper manner, multiple projects to switch on, healthy work culture, technology growth and most importantly project teams are quite understanding, always help each other in achieving task. Trinamix is a very good company to start one's career. As a growing company it provides employees a lot of opportunities to learn especially in cloud technologies. A flexible company believes in employee freedom. It has been following Working from Home culture even before pandemic. Friendly and healthy work culture.

Work-life balance. Unorganised structure. Work imbalance, few resources work on multiple projects with extended hours where as few with no work.

High work pressure. But TRINAMIX given me a lot of opportunities to learn new things. On learning front it is very good to work with this company if you don not consider the compensation.

I thoroughly enjoyed working in Trinamix with my coworkers, they supported me very well. I like flexible working hours and work from home facility. more training sessions happened incase if you want to learn new technology.
