Very Poor Management, No work Culture , Salary Delay (And they blame Bank For this LOL), 4-5 months of conveyance amount delay, If you assign to their support project your life become hell because there will be night shifts and you have to do everything like hardware work also.

If you are good in getting things. You can grow fast, and you will be assign more responsibility.

Dislikes

Just salary come on time. But not the reimbursement and any other money. They gives arrears in the part payments. Appraisal cycle is very unstructured and delayed. They also not process fnf amount easily.

5 day working in a week is the only likable thing here.

Dislikes

Very less negligible appraisal amount for few years then they try to remove you from company through any way. There is no any job security, for first 2 years you are good to go and then they find ways to remove you. If a project ends they didn't shift you on another project, they just do layoffs for the whole team. They take technical interview like they are going to give you one of the best project based on new technology and what they give is ERP project based on old technology like NAV 16. They make you work like you are in call centre. During work they create huge pressure to complete on time. For freshers it is really a very bad company, for experienced it is ok ok for 1-2 years. Here no any learning opportunity, not any learning environment, not any good project, totally a waste of life experience....Read More
