Hi Sneha, You have never joined our company. Not sure how you got so many wrong informations about the company. Our more than 50% employees are female. Most of them are working here for more than 2 years. Talking about extra pay.. for your information we have incentives, OT even bonus not sure any similar company gives all these together to their employees. Without joining the team you had to say so much about Team spirit and office politics. Many candidates get rejected in the interview and start spreading fake information about the company. Not sure if you are one of them. Anyways all the best for your future and hope you select a correct company for yourself.
