Nothing that I like. This is worst nightmare of my life.

They sign a year bond with conditions like whenever manager calls you must come to work like he may call you at 1 AM and you should come (this has happened). You cannot discuss your salary with your colleagues it's a crime here! Salary is all the time delayed and you will not get your first month salary. For new joinee it is like working for free for almost 3 months. Working hours is mostly like 10hours a day on average. During ending project you just cannot go to Home to even sleep. You keep working on your computer day night almost 24 hours and get around 3 hours sleep in corner of the office and again back to work. No OT, No meals(even during 24hour work), only a tea per day. Team Outing is luxury, never expect from this company. Employees who just sit all day and all night are appreciated and those who work quick and finish in time are burdened with others pending work. There is no personal life, even for day to day activities like washing our clothes We don't get time. During no project time you might get correct working hours.

I am learning many things here. Also got hike before 1 year. Here everything is depends on your performance and attitude towards work. I am very happy till now. As I am getting appreciation along with hike and responsibilities.
