Doesn't have technical specialist you need to take a responsibility when something going wrong they will put pressure on only employees. Responsible on higher level not available. No salary when there is no project. no job security.

There's no job security instead you have to serve a bond &give your educational certificates to them ,they offer pay scale which is equal to daily labour for graduation students and coming to work culture partiality is shown in the office There's no certain timings and shift timings til l 24 hrs work policy is introduced by them...Read More

Employer’s Response

As per our knowledge you were in PIP for your poor performance. In 1st PIP time you got absconded and didn't serve the PIP process. Still company gave you second chance to perform and you fail again. Where you come with a certain number of experience, your performance and productivity was even lower than a fresher. You had worked extra because of your under performance and unable to complete the task (that was assigned to you) on time. All the best for your future.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
