No big clients. They treat employees like contractors treat labourers. Managers can’t even squeak during client calls. NO EXPECTATION SETTING WITH CLIENT, if they say they want the worlds ninth wonder in six months, Trantor managers will commit to deliver it. Coward managers. They shift domains, work timings at a blink of an eye, WITHOUT THE EMPLOYEES CONSENT. If someone is unwell, managers say ‘take medicine and work’. Archer manager Dilpreet is the worst, ill-mannered manager I have worked with in my career till now. He made his own rules (tughlaqi farmaan) for the employees in the project and if someone misses something like applying for the leaves or filling of the time-sheet due to excess work load or some other problem. This self obsessed egoistic manager's ego gets hurt and he doesn't approve anything. If you are expecting us to work on weekends and stretch for the day as well then these small things could be done from your end as well. Alot of office politics, Favouritism is there. No big projects.
