Good learning and work culture is supportive, peers are good. But peers are miscommunicated by managers to always be unsecured.

some old employee become PM to a long lasting project which grows till 100. Now team candidate will get in or out by this choice only like if that guys seems beneficial to his wife's and relative's growth in company, that will stays. In every meeting he will make sure you know he was a he is only one who made it other are of no use. If you are good with manager then fine, else in every meeting he will make sure you are of no use.
