- Not growth - Poor management. Management Dons are always there who never let you grow ahead of them - Limited projects - Hire and Fire method - They hire at remote but they will force to join office location city at any moment.

No big clients. They treat employees like contractors treat labourers. Managers can’t even squeak during client calls. NO EXPECTATION SETTING WITH CLIENT, if they say they want the worlds ninth wonder in six months, Trantor managers will commit to deliver it. Coward managers. They shift domains, work timings at a blink of an eye, WITHOUT THE EMPLOYEES CONSENT. If someone is unwell, managers say ‘take medicine and work’. Looked good in starting but then learnt the politics going on everywhere.

- No appreciation/rewards/benefits - No proper appraisals or bonuses or reimbursements. Issurance is bad too - they replace peiple with a decade of experience with freshers for cost saving. Couldn't be more stringy. - no job security. If your project gets closed, they force you to leave - HRs and management are the worst. Dont knowwhat they're doing. Alot of office politics, Favouritism is there. No big projects. Coward, incapable, egoistic, self obsessed Managers like Hitesh and other management leaders have ruined prestigious projects of the company. There is no vision, roadmap they have of their own. They are just puppets of the client. They are calling employees to the office but managers, HR themselves don't come.
