I am so lucky becouse i am doing job in trans asia last 10 year. The management is very supportive also workers and engineers. One more thing our annual leave duration is not good some peoples got every 6 month leave and someone after 1.5 year so take action on this matter.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career grouth is very slow. When anyone new joining trans asia his salry is very good like 5 to 6 thousand but trans asia experienced workers getting very less salry. Old workers has good experience according to new workers, so take care about old workers

The job is very interesting in trans asia but then i started this job i faced some problms afterthat all is well.
