we have the freedom to choose our workstyle. Got very good support from testing and MFP management teams for hardware dependency during covid-19 lockdown. Leaves will be approved without any hesitance. HR is a very friendly, easy-to-reach person. The finance team is also easy to approach people.

Dislikes

Very short deadlines. Poor work-life balance during deliverables. No CAB facilities. Poor cafeteria. Manager politics.

-many things depands on manager and your project so experience of employees differ team to team. -hikes are good for freshers but not good for seniors (considering their efforts n experience). Other things are average u can manage.

As contract employee don’t even think of joining this Toshiba, They don’t even treat you like human,Permanent employee make worst politics they make living hell. They say you have to work 9 hr but they’ll say to work until 12 hr to 13hr daily. No allowance were given, No support from management. Here if you are getting call from BMS department for both HW or SW, i recommend not to go. Here managers are not good like "Vinodh V." is very bad person, i heard for Sanjay, Mahesh, Umesh is also not good. They are treating employees as their labour workers. Also here management like HR, admin , IT are also not good becoz of their very slow work and they don't have much knowledge. HR head Prem nair will also not support anything as he is a puppet of Manager like Vinodh. and here every decision is controlled by manager Vinodh only (which is not a good practice for an organization, if HR is looking this please improvise). They are making fake accounts on Company review portals to change their ratings and reviews so that employees should join, but beware for that. I recommend if you are getting a very good hike (as they can give) then only join and get out from their within 1-2 year. For HW people they have opportunity to go japan but not for SW guys. also so much partiality is being created by manager Vinodh here between the employees, in every means like WFH (usually not for all), office party(only for manager or whoever is important)....Read More
