Everything. Manager doesn't want you to grow professionally but they want you to work like a slave. They ask to come every day to office, they ask everyday to work late and stretch. They even don't hesitate to ask to work on weekend. Worst project management. They don't take accountability when something wrong happened, but they arealways ready to put blame on others. They always want to release something even when not required or functionality is not working just to please stakeholders.
