Supportive team, Career growth financial and technical both aspects. Employee friendly policies.

Dislikes

One thing is they don't provide cab facilities (they could take monthly amount from employees and provide facility of cab). They give competitive package but if you financial growth is bit slow. If your get on-site it would be great. Notice period is 3 months which is too long.

Work Details

I got work up to the level of my comfort zone, but sometimes it used to be challenging. Got experience of new technical things and products. Overall it is a good experience.

Inflexible work timing. Autocracy bossing. Don't welcome feedback. Fear of retaliation exists. Very unprofessional Indian bosses in a Japanese organized company. No minimum office facilities likr canteen etc.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
