Hikes are ok Can get WFH with Manager Approval If Manager likes you , it's gonna be a happy time here. Not too strict rules.

Unprofessionalism can be felt everywhere in the company. HR, Finance, Work Culture, Admin Dept, Client everything is unprofessional. Feels like a Govt Office Sometimes. Also, Work is mostly on not so latest technologies.

Company is full of useless seniors, few are working their since 20 years but don't have basic technical skills nor inter personal skills. They all gang up and misbehave with juniors . Even if juniors ask for sick leave they may ask u to give medical certificate even for single day. Even their parent company toshiba Japan treats toshiba India like slave. No chance for skill enhancement whatever u learnt u will forget that too if u stay there. Better to contact someone before joining it to know actual culture...Read More

Work culture is good: Everyone helps you and their is no senior junior boss kinda attitude. They don't tell you what is your notice period even if you ask because they want you to be with them. They say that you have to complete the full internship even you have not signed any bond.

It depends on the team one works in. My Experience in the team is good. Colleaguae were very helpful. This is about team experience not company. I can not judge a company by just knowing few team. But regarding company policy, it is good.
