As far as promotion is concern it is having very bad record you ll consider for promotion after 5yrs and if you are lucky you ll get it other wise it ll take 8-10 years.

High office politics, high mental stress due to favouritism approch by Department HOD, They play hate politics with good employees, there is no appreciation and no value of your good work, site management not interested in any changes for improvement in current system and work culture, HR management is silent in all situation and support only HODs instead of supporting good employee of organisation. Work environmet is totally irritating and frustrating just because of office politics specially in QA department. Other wise everything is good and organisation is also beautiful like that no one wants to leave it but unfortunately good employees leave this beutiful organisation within short tenure like 01 or 02 years only due to mental stress by office politics and it harms the reputation of this beautiful organisation. Company culture are too good. No work related politics. no tention about job safety, suitable for 10 lac and above package persons because 7 to 8% increment on every year and also job safety only two punch and lunch for them. no work related load because all heads are only spent time no one take responsibility about company.

I spent 6 year on this company every year I take excellant ratting in annual appraisal and also from last two years they nominate me for Assistance manager but not give me post. and bus facility of torrent pharma are third class no comfortable on seat non AC and roads of dahej are too bad. HR Department is only for recruitment perpose they will not responsible for any issue.
