High office politics, high mental stress due to favouritism approch by Department HOD, They play hate politics with good employees, there is no appreciation and no value of your good work, site management not interested in any changes for improvement in current system and work culture, HR management is silent in all situation and support only HODs instead of supporting good employee of organisation. Work environmet is totally irritating and frustrating just because of office politics specially in QA department. Other wise everything is good and organisation is also beautiful like that no one wants to leave it but unfortunately good employees leave this beutiful organisation within short tenure like 01 or 02 years only due to mental stress by office politics and it harms the reputation of this beautiful organisation. Appraisal and increment are terrible..basic need of an employee ll never meet. Transportation is terrible..compared other companies over here in SEZ area HR policy regarding leave or attendance and the salary deduction according to attendance..changes very certainly with out any proper / visible notice Salary structure is not employee friendly at all.
