Everything is a good in this company but person who are working from last 10 years, so they have make a local politics, So Management need to terminate such person and recruit new persons from outside gujrat.

Work assignment policies. Poor alignment between departments. Weak operations and management. Post Covid, coffee breaks and breakfast times shortened so much that you have to literally run through floors to get it on time. Admin staff has created jail system for employees.

Management keeps employees so busy that he gets minimal time for social life and family.
