It's difficult to survive there with the bare minimum wage and the working condition and pressure is huge. You get to work under rude production managers and sometimes feel pity for the people who has to stay over their extended work hours.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
