Its a unit of a known Logistics company but has no International outlook. It is being run as family owned business of few people 2-3 at the top. Sad state of affairs

No Scope for Career Development as it has limited infrastructure. Application team and managementis not properly skilled due to which technical resources have to face lot of pressure situations. Most of teams have very rude, dominating and arrogant staff. Process is not properly defined and not sure how much it will require to properly streamline. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
