Our Principal sir, Mr. Phanindra Bora, he had a dynamic personality and ground breaker to work with. Our 2nd principal Ma'am Ms. Hima Jyothsna Ma'am is a composite personality to work with. Our Director is good. She is very supportive and approachable when it comes to the feedback and concerns related to the development of students.I was happy working in her team inspite of no work life balance, compensations and benefits. But later everything changed when Dean joined....Read More

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

No work-life balance, they ask Teachers to stay back without prior information. There's no equal distribution of work among employees. The relationship should be more like that of team members governed by mutual respect. This shall establish a solid foundation of inter-dependence to propel the institution forward.

It was quite interesting. I have come across some interesting personalities resulting in useful learnings and experiences to remember.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
