Work life balance managers are good company policies are good even they shut down their sfc but still they give composition an allow us a lot of time to look outside in the market

Dislikes

They shut down they share service centre and around 50 people lose their job that I just like the most they don't have that much Exposture.

Salary is decent, but growth is almost NIL, work pressure is very hard in month ends, individuals are expected to stay back and no extra compensation and food is provided. Managers and above have almost ZERO people management skills. You are never appreciated for the good work. Favouritism is at peaks in this organization. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
