Work life balance managers are good company policies are good even they shut down their sfc but still they give composition an allow us a lot of time to look outside in the market

Dislikes

They shut down they share service centre and around 50 people lose their job that I just like the most they don't have that much Exposture.

Dislikes

Salary is decent, but growth is almost NIL, work pressure is very hard in month ends, individuals are expected to stay back and no extra compensation and food is provided. Managers and above have almost ZERO people management skills. You are never appreciated for the good work. Favouritism is at peaks in this organization. Dislikes

There is nothing as such to dislike in the organisation its just that i woked with bigger brands like RBS and Genpact, so just miss class room trainings for personal and professional growth.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
