Everything except paycheck is bad... But as said, all the money in the world can't buy Happiness. I saw 2 tenured managers being handed ATL. Managers going home early while executive doing extended shifts till 3 AM, work life balance in drain. Ask for leaves, and you will be remanded of it as bonded labourers. No recognition or integrity with favouritism at its pinnacle!

There is bias within the marketing department and the manager support girls regardless of their performance. This behaviour is unfair and unacceptable.
