I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Workload is comparatively low compared to other companies.The teams are great mostly freshers can be seen in r&d

The HR Policies are the worst and increments are always late... Mostly their increments cycle is from April to March but the increment letters that are given is in month of September or October so to delays... F&f are not cleared properly and or in time... Management is just behind money

Iworked in hr dept. Very bad increment policy. Increment supposed to be done in April every year. But given in October only 50%. Balance 50% given in December. Hr dept is just for namesake. Management doesn't listen to Hr dept suggestions.

Another worst dept is accounts and Finance dept. many are old employees in this dept with zero knowledge. But behaves like that they are boss.
