horrible. if you join this co. you spoils your carrier. no growth, 9 hours working time. only two saturday off. basic only 6500.00 inr. selfish management. illegal work done there. Hr department is Dog of management. as per instructions of management they bite office staff. No job security. suddenly dismiss any person.

Management attitude andHR policies are becoming worst day by day. Managemen has bcome very selfish. Recently office working hours were increased from 10.00 to 6.30 pm to 10.00 to 7.00 pm just to compensate for 4th saturday off given. This has affected my travelling severly as i reach home very late and also affected my family life

Iworked in hr dept. Very bad increment policy. Increment supposed to be done in April every year. But given in October only 50%. Balance 50% given in December. Hr dept is just for namesake. Management doesn't listen to Hr dept suggestions.
