Not a single reason to feel good to work in Titan during pandemic as they didn't co-operate employees. Only good I can say that, company is good for freshers, as they can get knowledge about processing and manufacturing. Machine operators at R&D are very skilled and they can tell you more about operations

Dislikes

Main HR and higher authority didn't co-operate to employees during pandemic. Company gave salary of March month of 25 days, then they deducted 15% salary of each employee without any intimation. In May month they didn't gave salary of the employees who failed to come to office, even if employees did work from home for at least 9-10 hours daily. Main HR of that only asking about when you will join the company to the employees which were living outside but they are not ready to give any facility to came Mumbai....Read More

Work Details

Colleagues are very good in nature and they are always ready to help you in any condition. But work life is hectic as your in time is fix but out time is not fix. Senior give assignment at the time of leaving and you have to stay for 2-3 hours.

Not good for experienced professionals as the management is not at all good. But in learning point of view it is definitely good for freshers to learn new products and have a practical experience. Work and salary expectations are not good.
