Iworked in hr dept. Very bad increment policy. Increment supposed to be done in April every year. But given in October only 50%. Balance 50% given in December. Hr dept is just for namesake. Management doesn't listen to Hr dept suggestions.

Another worst dept is accounts and Finance dept. many are old employees in this dept with zero knowledge. But behaves like that they are boss.

horrible. if you join this co. you spoils your carrier. no growth, 9 hours working time. only two saturday off. basic only 6500.00 inr. selfish management. illegal work done there. Hr department is Dog of management. as per instructions of management they bite office staff. No job security. suddenly dismiss any person.

There isn't much to commend. The office receptionist often takes on multiple roles, including being a BBC new reporter for spreading rumors about office employees, DJ, and sometimes even handling HR task, because HR personnel like Rajkumar, Lack a fundamental understanding of HR job profile and tasks. There are many reasons for dissatisfaction, 1. The DGM HR acts as if he is the boss or king of the entire organization, which is very off-putting. 2. The Purchase manager is corrupt; he demands a personal share from every purchase order and doesn't introduce any new vendors. His attitude led to the company firing one seniors employee and another quitting. He believes he knows everything and that the entire organization runs because of him.
