The option to work from home, as per my preference and deliver something on time gives me the liberty to perform my personal work as per my convenience thereby maintaining a work life balance. Dislikes

Tipstat pay structure is biased. They tend to hire less experienced and less problem solving person at triple the amount they pay me being a much more experienced and loyal employee to the company. Its not that i need that extra money which ofcourse if i get it would help ease up my life, but just that it hurts being a loyal employee to the compant. They have a unique culture where they actively involve developers for creating project/sprint/other deliverable deadlines. This helps in meeting most of the deadlines on time or we see a very small delay because of this approach.

Dislikes

Team interactions can be improved, so that we get to interact and know each other better.
