Good opportunity to learn and develope new skills and workflow is quite fast, if one can't match the flow he/she cannot work and for sure will criticise company work ethics.

Nothing specific, as long as I was in service with Timuz , it was quite satisfactory and healthy job culture.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
