I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place. Look, I have many good ideas, and I tried to move them forward, trying to help the company. But from my position I am not allowed to suggest any improvements. I am supposed to follow the orders of my superior, and that's it

It is an awesome company to work with. The management us very supportive and always try to be on top amongst our competitors. I wish they can also provide cabs or make some travel arrangements for the employees to reach on time.

The work out here is interesting, sometimes it gets monotonous with the meetings and presentations etc. but the management help us kill that by conducting workshops, outings, off-site, onsite, games, sports, annual events ET overall the work is killer

i joined as backdoor java devloper .They charged 50K from us.After 10 months they shout down the company.Even they didn't provide oppertunity. they didn't given money also.
