You get to learn a lot here, you may develop your personality into how to manage the work load under different circumstances. What I liked is you get to manage a lot of things single handed. You don’t have any written policies here. Work culture is same as other agencies. Management is solely done by the CEO. Nope I had a rough ideaof resigning as I had some other plans for the year & one day I get a call that few of my clients which I used to handle took a break or step back so financial issues arose & I was asked to stick to my decision of resigning in April 2020 & my final proceeding where done by September end....Read More
